Some Definitions

Courage: The attitude of facing and dealing with anything recognized as dangerous, difficult, or painful, instead of withdrawing from it.

Inadequacy: It is not equal to what is required or considered sufficient.

Pretend: An effort to experience or display something different from what one feels or believes.

Fear: It is a BELIEF in our inadequacy to deal with something.

Fantasies: They are the experiences we believe are not real

Doubt: it is a conflict between new decision and old decisions.
